Hi, my name is Brian Grubbs and I’ve been doing the drone photography and video for the G Team for about three years now. I use the new Mavic 3 from DGI, which films in 4K. And I also like to take HDR pictures, which is taking five pictures of various exposures and then combining the pictures at the end.

Having drone photography available on our listings is invaluable. Not only does it give a great and different vantage point for buyers to be able to check out the property, the lay of the land, see the topography; creates a new way to see properties that we aren’t typically used to. We have a lot of buyers who are out of area, and looking at photographs of a property are not always the easiest way to see what’s actually available at the property.
Having an overview of land to get a vantage point of how close it is to neighbors, how much of the property has trees, are there any water sources, different things like that. It’s been extremely valuable for my sellers in presentation of our listings. Part of our job is presenting our listings in the very best manner possible, and high definition drone photography has been the game changer for us.
