Year to Date Summary:Comparing the first eleven months of 2023 to the same period in 2022, new listings (1,669) decreased 14.2%, pending sales (1,225) decreased 12.5%, and closed sales (1,204) decreased 16.9%.
Average and Median Sales Prices:Comparing 2023 to 2022 through November, the average sale price has decreased 4.4% from $359,000 to $343,200. In the same comparison, the median sale price has decreased 2.8% from $324,000 to $315,000.
