New listings (213) increased 14.5% from the 186 listed in June 2023, and increased 2.9% from the 207 listed in May 2024.

Pending Sales:
Pending sales (147) decreased 0.7% from the 148 offers accepted in June 2023, and decreased 3.9% from the 153 offers accepted in May 2024.

 Closed Sales: 
Closed sales (112) decreased 17.0% from the 135 closings in June 2023, and decreased 10.4% from the 125 closings in May 2024.

 Inventory & Time on the Market:
Inventory increased to 3.9 months in June. Total market time decreased to 43 days.

 Year to Date Summary: 
Comparing the first six months of 2024 to the same period in 2023, new listings (1,041) increased 14.8%, pending sales (730) increased 3.1%, and closed sales (637) increased 0.2%. 

 Average and Median Sales Prices: 
Comparing 2024 to 2023 through June, the average sale price has increased 2.0% from $342,900 to $349,900. In the same comparison, the median sale price has increased 2.2% from $315,000 to $322,000.
