New Listings: New listings (211) increased 33.5% from the 158 listed in April 2023, and increased 51.8% from the 139 listed in March 2024.
Pending Sales:
Pending sales (156) increased 17.3% from the 133 offers accepted in April 2023, and increased 40.5% from the 111 offers accepted in March 2024. 

Closed Sales: Closed sales (112) increased 34.9% from the 83 closings in April 2023, and decreased 0.9% from the 113 closings in March 2024.

Inventory & Time on the Market:
Inventory increased to 3.3 months in April. Total market time decreased to 65 days.

Year to Date Summary: Comparing the first four months of 2024 to the same period in 2023, new listings (610) increased 16.4%, pending sales (471) increased 4.4%, and closed sales (390) increased 6.0%. 

Average and Median Sales Prices: Comparing 2024 to 2023 through April, the average sale price has increased 6.4% from $320,600 to $341,100. In the same comparison, the median sale price has increased 5.1% from $299,800 to $315,000.
